Learn how to set up and use the GoHighLevel-Salesforce Connector.
Getting Started
1. Create an Account
Sign up using your Google account. This creates your organization where you'll manage your integrations.
2. Install Salesforce Package
Install our Salesforce package to enable real-time sync from Salesforce to GoHighLevel. This adds triggers that notify our system when Contacts or Leads change.
Install Salesforce Package3. Connect Salesforce
Click "Connect Salesforce" on your dashboard. You'll be redirected to Salesforce to authorize access. Make sure you have admin permissions in your Salesforce org.
4. Connect GoHighLevel
Click "Connect GoHighLevel" and select the location you want to sync. You'll authorize the app to access contacts and custom fields.
5. Create Field Mappings
Once both platforms are connected, create field mappings to define how data should sync between Salesforce and GoHighLevel.
Field Mappings
Field mappings define how data flows between your Salesforce org and GoHighLevel location. You can map:
- Standard fields (Email, Phone, Name, Address, etc.)
- Custom fields from both platforms
- Different object types (Contacts, Leads, Accounts)
Sync Directions
- Bidirectional: Changes in either platform sync to the other
- Salesforce to GHL: Only Salesforce changes sync to GoHighLevel
- GHL to Salesforce: Only GoHighLevel changes sync to Salesforce
